Ingen ferie uten postkort, så her kommer et fra oss, til deg / No holiday without a postcard, so here is one from us, to you. 

Vi har kjørt fra Inderøy til Oslo. Første natt ble hos venner på Biri, så da ble turen et par timer kortere. Bortsett fra at vi kjørte feil og endte opp på en skikkelig humpete og svingete vei over et fjell, som førte til at Noah kastet opp big time i baksetet, gikk turen strålende. (Litt feilkjøring og oppkast hører vel med på en bilferie med små barn?) Vi tok ut bilstolen og vasket hele greia da vi kom frem, så den var god som ny neste dag. Noah var uansett smørblid hele turen, klagde ikke ett sekund, han bare ELSKER å kjøre bil, heldigvis.

We have driven from Inderøy to Oslo. The first night was with friends at Biri, so then the trip was a couple of hours shorter. Apart from the fact that we drove wrong and ended up on a really bumpy and winding road over a mountain, which led to Noah throwing up big time in the back seat, the trip went brilliantly. (I guess a little detour and vomiting are part of a car holiday with small children, right?) We took out the car seat and washed the whole thing when we arrived, so it was as good as new the next day. Noah was happy the whole trip anyway, did not complain for a second, he just LOVES driving car, luckily.

Så har vi vært noen dager hos kompis Eivind i Asker. Strand og ullgenser, typisk Norse summer. / We had some days with a friend in Asker. Beach and wool sweater, typical Norwegian summer. 

Vi har vært litt i Oslo… / we have been in Oslo.. 

Utforsket mange lekeplasser, og sjekket det nye biblioteket i Bjørvika. Prøvd å slå i hjel litt tid når været har vært dårlig. / Explored all the playgrounds and checked the new library in Bjørvika, to kill some time when the weather was bad. 

..og besøkt oldemora til Noah, mormora til Luca / …visited Noah’s great grandma, Luca’s grandma. 

92 år and still rocking it! Hun elsker kombucha! / 92 years old and still rocking it! She loves kombucha! 

Mere regnværsdager.. men vi har lekt både ute og inne, og gjort det ferie er til for; å ta livet med ro / More rainy days, but we have played both inside and outside, and done what holidays are for; take it easy. 

Nå har vi forflyttet oss til Hvaler, tilbringer to netter her, før vi kjører hjem i morgen. Mer fra Hvaler kommer.. for en nydelig plass! Klem fra oss <3 / Now we have moved to Hvaler, spending two nights here, before we go home. More form Hvaler is coming. What a lovely place! Hugs from us <3
